Drinking water is as basic as breathing
It is the second in the order of death after air, i.e. if we have air, we die of lack of water first. Without water, the quality of life is not very good, even if we are not in a near-death situation. Despite this, most people do not want to deal with water consumption at all.
This is never manifested by drinking too much water, but too little. Interestingly, the opposite is true for beer. Humans are the only animals that do not care about the basic consumption of water necessary for their vital functions, but drink toxic alcoholic beverages for fun and even spend a lot of money on it. Water also take vital role in our health.
How much water should you drink?
Our recommendation is 5% of body weight, rounded up. This means that a 100-kilogram person needs 5 liters of water, a 60-kilogram person needs 3 liters, an 80-kilogram person needs 4 liters and a 50-kilogram woman needs 2.5 liters.
It doesn’t matter whether you are male or female, there is no difference in water requirements.
Thirst is a sign of dehydration, then it’s almost too late, even if we don’t die yet; we should have been drinking a long time ago, there is already a shortage of water. We must constantly fill our bodies with water.
One of the achievements of civilization and culture, glass, is best forgotten. Since we can’t measure the amount with it, it also limits how much we drink at once. Of course, we can count how many glasses we drank, multiply by 3 deci, but experience shows that this is a dead end.
Think about it: 3 deciliters of water in a glass. Then you always have to recharge. You’ll just be too lazy to go get water, you’d better not drink. It is much better if you always have at least one liter of water with you.
If we drink from a glass, forget small glasses. They are ineligible.
If you must have a glass, avoid a small one
It is advisable to use a water bottle. It can be field mineral water or if necessary we can drink mineral water that we bought in the store, they will give you a bottle for it, otherwise it will run out. Never use small packages. If possible, don’t pay for less than a liter of water.
In addition, if we leave it for a long time, we feel dry in the mouth. And we feel the scarcity of drinking water
Of course, there are people who cannot get used to drinking water regularly.
If you must buy water, buy as much as possible. Of course, a little water is better than none.
At night There will be enough peeing. At first you have to go out more than once, which is annoying, but you will soon get used to it. After a while it stops for 1-2 sessions. People who pee a lot do not have kidney disease, as the stupid public thinks, but on the contrary: they are constantly cleaning their kidneys.
Anything can be used as a water bottle, but it is also available in stores. True, it is often too small.
What shall we drink?
Water. If you have money to spend, you can use mineral water, but feel free to use tap water. Water purified by a water filter is
the best .
Do not drink carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices and other industrial junk from the store, especially if they are sweetened.Always use fresh juice.
It is strongly recommended to avoid wheels of any kind. We’re not saying you can never drink beer (in fact, beer is a thousand times better than cola!), soft drinks or fruit juice – although it’s especially worthwhile to make your own – but these cannot be the basis of our water consumption. We’re not even counting these. You will drink less crap if you allow yourself to drink more water.
There is no need to mystify water consumption: simply keep water with you at all times and drink as much as you need.
If you forgot to bring it from home, go to the shop or buy it in the department store.
Anyone whose water intake is an intractable problem has no reason to whine about something they can’t achieve in life.
